Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering teams to drive execution on system design changes for business messaging products
Report progress on goals and milestones at regular cadence and develop collaboration across teams and functions and Provide Consistent, Accurate and Timely Updates of the Program Status
Act as single POC with PXFN to land clarifications and alignment bridging engineering and legal/privacy stakeholders
Timely identify risks and escalate where needed
Highlight project dependencies and adjust plans accordingly where needed
Perform risk and change management on projects.
Establish and manage reporting across multiple work streams and/or project teams to provide executive-level summaries
Work with stakeholders to gather updates and synthesize information into a digestible format
Assist with general communications and documentation needs for the team
Create and maintain a reporting system to proactively identify project criticalities
Display effective organization skills and manage multiple and often competing priorities
Demonstrate strong reporting and communication skills across all levels for example team/organizational updates leadership escalations detailed working group notes etc
Demonstrate sharp attention to details in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables in the allotted time frame
Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams in order to analyze complex issues mitigate risks and solve problems
Expected Qualifications
Led large/complex software product migration projects with experience in delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
Experience in dealing with complex system design issues
Ideally experience with project with high implications on privacy/policy regulation
Experience working in a global fast-paced environment and under tight timelines to deliver high-quality results
Experience collaborating with partners across multiple disciplines and functions
5+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, consulting or technical product/program management experience.
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience describing features and/or system details and communicating technical information effectively.
Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience.
Analytical and problem-solving experience.
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
Experience working with product teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer focused products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms and technologies.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
