Corinth Consulting Group is seeking a part-time Technical Project Management Assistant to join our team in support of the Project Management operations for our small business focused on partnering with government agencies to streamline their business and financial operations. Position Summary
In this role, you'll assist Technical Project Management operations and support our growth in the government contractor industry through three key activities:
- Collaborate with others to compile project documentation.
- Assist with project schedules and activities.
- Provide lifecycle project support.
Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Project Management assistance and project accounting throughout the lifecycle of a project from proposal and project set up through project closeout.
- Compile required documentation for all active projects listed in the Project Management and Quality Management System(s).
- Support management of project schedules and activities.
- Report progress of Project Management to leadership.
- Support management of subcontractor and supplier relationships.
- Maintains compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and best practices.

- Understanding of Project Management principles and planning preferred.

Compensation/Schedule
- $20 per hour.
- Estimated 10 hours per week (at least 40 hours per month).
- Must be able to attend some virtual meetings that take place during company office hours (M-F 8am-5pm, Eastern Daylight Time).
Education/Experience
- Some experience/education in Project Management or event planning is preferred.
