Technical Project Manager

Summary:
Responsible for the efficient, effective, flawless delivery of strategic Innovation and Renovation projects: Manage cross-functional project teams with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for operational excellence to achieve the project-defined Key Success Criteria and deliver against the business needs. Promote the I2L Mindset.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Apply project management tools and skills to ensure the on-time, on-scope and on quality delivery of the project with flawless execution from concept to close.
  • Lead the alignment of the strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project with key stakeholders.
  • Preventive management of roadblocks and generation of risk mitigation plans.
  • Build and manage the project schedule, define the critical path, track activities to ensure functional team members are meeting agreed-upon deadlines, generate and communicate status reports, and escalate critical issues.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including kick-off meetings, project team meetings, risk assessments, financial reviews, lessons learned, post-launch reviews, and additional meetings as required.
  • Provide transparency and communication on project status and risks to cross-functional team members and Project Management Lead.
  • Responsible for the consistent application, execution, and continuous improvement of Nestlé's I&R processes and tools.
  • Maintain and ensure data accuracy, deliverable completion, and documentation as specified by relevant policies and procedures across assigned projects.
  • Meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) and other program metrics.
  • Responsible for making and ensuring the implementation of process improvements.

  • Identify and engage with stakeholders creating synergies through effective networking with all relevant business partners and external partners
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; ensure all relevant stakeholders are continuously informed of project status, risks, issues and action plans
  • Ensure effective on-time decision making by providing deciders with the relevant information and recommendations

  • Contribute to an impactful business/commercial success by considering the whole picture of the project
  • Ensure and communicate business relevance with project team working towards a shared goal
  • Verify sustainable business value by continuously evaluating and challenging project purpose
Qualifications

Requirements & Minimum Education Level
  • Minimum BA/BS required

Experience
  • 3 years of related work experience
