 Technical Project Manager- Enterprise Connected Bedside Monitoring System

We are committed to the implementation of the Philips Enterprise Connected Bedside Monitoring System, a state-of-the-art solution designed to improve patient monitoring, streamline communication among healthcare professionals, and optimize bedside response capabilities.

Position Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager to lead the strategy development and implementation of our Enterprise Connected Bedside Monitoring System. This pivotal role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams. The TPM will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of integrating sophisticated monitoring technologies, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration, and mitigating risks to achieve a seamless implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive project plan, from conception to completion, aligning with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Coordinate efforts across IT, clinical operations, system administration, and other relevant departments.
  • Manage the integration of IoT devices, data platforms, cybersecurity measures, and interoperability with existing systems.
  • Serve as a liaison among technical teams, clinicians, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
  • Provide end-to-end project oversight, ensuring timely progression, efficient resource allocation, and resolution of potential roadblocks.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the healthcare technology sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale technology implementations.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and technology applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with IoT devices, data integration, and cybersecurity protocols.


Preferred Requirements:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with the Philips Enterprise Connected Bedside Monitoring System or similar healthcare monitoring technologies.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows and the healthcare regulatory environment.
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex technical challenges and foster innovation.
