The CRM product group is responsible for the core functionality that powers how 100,000+ HubSpot customers manage their businesses. Our teams work on the core interactions for the highest traffic pages within the HubSpot application while also providing a platform to other HubSpot product groups. The HubSpot CRM is an ambitious and complex web-app built with ES6 Javascript, Typescript, React, and GraphQL using Apollo. We have a strong culture of automated testing and are on a path to Continuous Deployment, leveraging the tools built by our world class Platform-as-a-Service and Frontend-as-a-Service teams.
We’re looking for individuals that:
Partner with their triad (Product Manager and Product Designer) to design, scope, and deliver solutions to help our customers manage and grow their businesses.
Manage a small team of engineers while still making individual contributions.
Foster an environment that encourages autonomy and psychological safety.
Understand the value of building a diverse team, and are champions and upstanders for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.
Enjoy mentoring and coaching other team members in a psychologically safe way, while also being open to learning from them as well.
Are primarily happy spending their time writing JavaScript and TypeScript. We have a fantastic implementation of our Canvas design system, so engineers spend very little time writing custom CSS.
Cash compensation range: 173500-225600 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
