The "Enterprise Solution Functional Lead HTR" will be part of the PGT Global Solution Hire to Retire support team. This role supports the implementation, deployment, and support of the Hire to Retire area of the PepsiCo Global template (PGT). Within PGT the PepsiCo workforce related HR data is critical to support other value streams such as Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), Make to Deploy (MTD), Procure to Pay (PTP), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and a variety of different workflows as part of PGT supported processes. The objective of this role is to ensure that the Global Template solution hire to retire data is maintained correctly and any changes are evaluated, remediated, and implemented. This role collaborates closely with the PGT Solution Design team and with global HR operations in standardization of the business processes and ensures that the configured PGT S/4 system confirms to the Global Template approach, and it maintained accordingly

 

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultants, providing guidance and support for successful project execution
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and timelines
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze complex requirements related to SAP HCM functionality and S/4HANA integration
  • Design comprehensive and scalable solutions that leverage S/4HANA capabilities
  • Drive the integration of S/4HANA capabilities with SAP HCM modules, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced functionality
  • Provide technical oversight in configuring SAP HCM modules and implementing custom solutions using ABAP programming
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure the successful delivery of SAP HCM projects with a focus on S/4HANA integration
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Establish and enforce best practices for quality assurance, ensuring thorough testing of SAP HCM and S/4HANA solutions
  • Conduct reviews and audits to maintain high standards of code quality and system performance
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and configuration guides
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure the team is well-versed in SAP HCM and S/4HANA landscapes
  • Compensation & Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $1,65,150 based on a full-time schedule
    • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually
    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 10 years of experience functional support and management of core SAP HR Personnel Administration (PA) and Organization Management (OM)
  • Experience in implementing large scale HCM ERP/Cloud solutions: SAP ECC HR functional area required and experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred
  • Technical Knowledge on SAP HR Infotype framework and related data connectivity
  • Functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors meta data framework, including configuration of object associations
  • Hands-on experience with the SAP Employee Central to SAP ERP integration leveraging Business Integration Builder (BIB) and the configuration of value conversions and value maps
  • Minimum 2 E2E SAP HR and payroll green field /brownfield implementation experience is a must, preferably for a CPG organization, with hands-on consulting and configuration experience.
  • Experience collaborating with business teams, subject matter experts, IT and integration partners in creating optimized system solutions to meet business requirements
  • Must be highly organized, with strong follow-up and results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and a strong attention to detail
