Role: Technical Help desk Specialist
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description :
• Basically we need Level 1 Helpdesk Support profile
• Need excellent communication in English - verbal & email writing
• ble to provide call support if required
• Good team player
• Need good co-ordination with multiple stakeholders including Onshore & Offshore teams
• ble to support work between 10am to 6pm EST from Healthcare Hartford, CT office only (work from home is not allowed)
• End to End Ticket management experience with multiple tools handling like Service Now, Quickbase, JIRA or any related tools will be an added advantage
• Reporting knowledge required
• Should be having analytical or problem solving skills
• ble to handle work pressure
• Should be having fair knowledge about performance key metrics/SLA
