Technical Application Systems Admin Connected Services Responsible for supporting the connected services of PACCAR Job Description In the position of Technical Application Admin you will provide Tier 2 or Tier 3 level support on the landscape of the various operational services and systems used within the Global Connected Services (GCS). You will interact with various people (external/internal) on operational and tactical level. Tasks:
¿ Resolve complex issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge that have been escalated from Tier 1 or Tier 2 support teams.
¿ Provide System Administration support for a variety of GCS specific products (Zuora subscription management, API Catalog documentation and deployment, e commerce proprietary tool, other systems TBD)
¿ Support the users and monitor the condition and/or performance of various systems/processes/methods and correct or improve after approval of all relevant stakeholders.
¿ Be engaged in development activities that might affect GCS systems/processes and analyze possible effects.
¿ Define and/or execute tests, make sure all relevant documentation, procedures, directives and/or instructions are available. o Plan and coordinate the activities, monitor progress of the work and take appropriate actions within own level of authority or escalate to a higher level of authority if required.
¿ Administering user permissions & administration
¿ Troubleshoot SSO, passwords, and Security issues. Experience Requirements:
¿ A bachelor's or graduate's degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
¿ 2 3 years in a Technical or System support role
¿ Broad working knowledge of computer systems, databases (SQL, Snowflake) and API packaging and deployment.
¿ Experience with IT Service Management ticketing tools like Cherwell, and project management.
¿ Excellent technical skills.
¿ Expertise in troubleshooting system problems.
¿ Strong customer service skills.
¿ Great analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
¿ The ability to handle fast paced environment and multi task.
¿ Security and Monitoring.
¿ Account Access Management. Experience Preferred:
¿ Cloud Computing, (AWS, Azure, Kafka)
¿ Data Pipelines and Ingestion processes. (Apigee)
¿ API Development ¿ Python ¿ Automation and Scripting
¿ Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, etc¿)
