This person can sit in Bentonville, AR. They will work a hybrid schedule where they are in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Bentonville, AR location is preferred.
Skiltrek is looking for someone having knowledge of software development, database, Cloud and networking. Please do not share the profiles who has only server admin experience or account manager experience. Person should be an individual contributor having willingness to learn new technologies. Below are some high level requirements:
Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for how to resolve software, application and hardware issues in a timely manner..
Implementing, integrating and supporting infrastructure platforms and technologies, including Microsoft server, SQL, Active Directory Configuration and Virtualization technologies.
Fundamental networking knowledge - IP, DNS, DHCP, IP routing, network address translation including LANs and WANs and vSwitchs, routing, vlan.
Strong ability to Writing code and scripts for applications, as well as installing, maintaining, and testing applications. Like Coding/Scripting experience (i.e. Python, Groovy, PowerShell, Bash, C#) or any kind of strong scripting experience.
Troubleshoot and provide technical analysis concerning operating system, hardware, network & storage related issues on windows servers and application performance issues to resolution
Someone who uses current and different automation tools to monitor and observe software reliability in the production environment
Other tasks including testing applications, maintaining hardware, responding to customers, and leading demonstrations
Relevant hands-on engineering or development/Infrastructures maintenance experience on Microsoft Azure, or any other cloud knowledge.
Experience in writing technical documentation like knowledge articles and playbooks.
Troubleshooting skills and Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses.
Have some ITIL knowledge like Incident, change and problem management.
Essential Duties
1. Manage business and system requirements, process flows, and test plans.
2. Support quality assurance within system development lifecycle with functional testing and lead/coordinate User Acceptance Testing sessions with stakeholders.
3. Work directly with end users to resolve system support issues, responding promptly and professionally.
4. Work collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to the customer.
5. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions and execute planned changes.
6. Participate in daily standups, planning sessions, prioritization meetings, and build/deploy activities.
Required Qualifications
1. Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
2. 5+ years of experience in a business analyst/requirements analyst role preferably in a large project environment.
3. 3+ years of experience working in an agile development environment as a business analyst
4. Strong conceptual and analytical skills, which demonstrates unique problem-solving approaches
5. Ability to understand business processes and translate into technical specifications
6. Working understanding of SDLC and Agile development best practices
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language)
8. Proven ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
9. Customer-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
10. Highly skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

We need Lead engineer and a systems engineer onsite who can help us with the implementation and configuration of hardware devices that requires port configuration, working with BNSF, Imaging team and testing the PC & Retinol cameras. Switching the network, plugging/unplugging devices.
