Our client is seeking a TechnicalAccount Manager for their Miami site to manage the day-to-day interaction with the customers, frequently serve as a combination of a salesperson, technical specialist and financial advisor.
Salary $ 60,000 to 70,000 annually
*** Must be Bilingual: English and Spanish***
Requirements
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients utilizing generator services.
- Understanding of the technical aspect of the generator's services offered
- Provide clients the technical insights and expertise related to generator maintenance, repair, and performance.
- Create strategic account plans to align with client needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to schedule and plan preventive maintenance for their generators.
- Negotiate service contracts with clients, outlining terms for maintenance, repairs, and emergency services.
- Work closely with clients to manage spare parts inventory for their generators.
- Bachelor or Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience with 3-5 years working in an Account Manager role.
- Strategic and tactical thinker.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in time management.
- Computer skills to include use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email.
