Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Assist customers with payments and billing questions
- Responsible for processing of changes to Insured policies: Handle other duties as assigned while operating as part of a team
- Maintain knowledge of current policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with technology, Microsoft Suite of Office Products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus
- Basic math skills for accurate calculations
