We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing energetic, and delightful assistance in managing any requests they have on their insurance accounts with our company. We are looking for someone who makes sure that they work hard to keep our clients happy and with our company. (Don't Worry We Will Train You On Everything!)

Handle and delegate customer inquiries and service requests Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns without assistance Document and update customer records based on interactions with accuracy Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
