We're hiring for drive-thru, dine-in and back of house (cook). One year experience is required for management positions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to all DQ customers/fans
- Keep and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities (with training)
- Follow company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers based on needs
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
