Team Member (North Main Street)

```
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with maintaining a clean dining area
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales

Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Skills:
- Cash handling experience using a cash register or point of sale (POS) system
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, including upselling techniques

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds. Weekend availability may be required.
