Position: Remote Insurance Account Representative

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a lunch break from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for finding new business, quoting new policies, closing deals, and providing basic service support. Your role will also include answering phones, processing payments, taking messages, and delivering exceptional customer service interactions.

Job Description:
As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for finding new business, quoting new policies, closing deals, and providing basic service support. Your role will also include answering phones, processing payments, taking messages, and delivering exceptional customer service interactions.
Expectations:
- Be logged on during set working hours, actively participating in office dialogue via Teams.
- Achieve daily activity goals, including a minimum of 75 calls and 6 new household policies quoted.
- Meet the minimum production requirement of $20,000 in Property & Casualty (P&C) by month 5.
- Demonstrate commitment by consistently being available, hitting activity goals, and meeting production requirements.
Months 1-2
- $36,000 base salary ($1,500 bi-monthly)
- 5% commission on all P&C, 10% on all Financial Services (FS)
- $24,000 base salary ($1,000 bi-monthly)
- 7.5% commission on all P&C, 15% on all FS
- $12,000 base salary ($500 bi-monthly)
- 10% commission on all P&C, 20% on all FS
- $25 for each life/retirement appointment set
- $15 for each 5-star Google review
- Proven remote work experience and self-motivation
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a remote team environment
- Proactive in meeting and exceeding goals
- Must currently reside within the EST time zone
