SUMMARY
To lead, work, and monitor various day-to-day tasks in order to facilitate the flow of production and information across the department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED, plus at least 1 year of leadership experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates and lead the team’s daily operations
- Ensures safe working environment
- Acts as conduit/liaison between GL and TMs
- Ensures accurate handling of materials
- Ensures accurate communications with other groups
- Enters data into basic spreadsheet systems
- Ensures compliance to policies & procedures
- Ensures quality
- Ensures positive work force
- Performs some of same tasks as Team Member
- Assists with training and problem resolution
- Other duties may be assigned
