SUMMARY
To lead, work, and monitor various day-to-day tasks in order to facilitate the flow of production and information across the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED, plus at least 1 year of leadership experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates and lead the team’s daily operations
Ensures safe working environment
Acts as conduit/liaison between GL and TMs
Ensures accurate handling of materials
Ensures accurate communications with other groups
Enters data into basic spreadsheet systems
Ensures compliance to policies & procedures
Ensures quality
Ensures positive work force
Performs some of same tasks as Team Member
Assists with training and problem resolution
Other duties may be assigned
