TEAM LEADER SUMMARY

The Team Leader will lead, work, and monitor various day-to-day tasks in order to facilitate the flow of production and information across the department.

TEAM LEADER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates and lead the team’s daily operations
• Ensures safe working environment
• Acts as conduit/liaison between GL and TMs
• Ensures accurate handling of materials
• Ensures accurate communications with other groups
• Enters data into basic spreadsheet systems
• Ensures compliance to policies & procedures
• Ensures quality
• Ensures positive work force
• Performs some of same tasks as Team Member
• Assists with training and problem resolution
• Other duties may be assigned

TEAM LEADER EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

The ideal Team Leader candidate will have a High school diploma or GED, plus at least one year of leadership experience.
