Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team, ensuring high performance and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and coupons responsibly, including approving discounts/refunds and managing registers.
- Address disciplinary issues with team members, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Make decisions during shifts to positively impact operations and guest experience.
- Manage areas of the shift such as breaks, drive-thru, hospitality, and outside activities.
- Prepare the store for the next shift and communicate necessary information to the next leader.
- Assist with catering as required.
- Prioritize guest service and recovery, team member training, and cleanliness.
- Share responsibility for successful store opening and closing procedures.
- Perform back-office tasks such as counting down registers and reconciling tills.
- Focus on being a good steward of labor and food resources.
- Manage labor costs and invest in team member development.
Requirements:
- Availability for at least 2 Saturdays per month and a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude reflecting Chick-fil-A’s values of care and hospitality.
- Be teachable, positive, encouraging, and caring towards guests and team members.
- Possess management skills, including proficiency in team positions, decision-making, and communication.
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld, including hand-washing, cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
- Manage labor costs and invest in team member development to maximize potential.
- Prioritize guest service, team member training, and cleanliness in operations.
- Share responsibility for store opening and closing procedures and back-office tasks.
