- Maintains the schedule relative to all inbound trailers and dock doors.
- Direct and Manage line replenishments, transfers, and any needed shipping activities
- Support incoming material inspection routines as required.
- Verify that all inbound receipts have been properly located in a timely manner.
- Monitors approved vendor list, ASN’s, and assures every item received has a COA.
- Ensure the department is properly trained and motivated to meet IFS objectives and meet/ exceed customer requirements.
- Ensure IFS procedures, cGMP’s, and safety policies are followed by departmental personnel.
- Approve/ issue annual performance evaluations.
- Track and report on departmental metrics.
- Support IFS continuous improvement efforts.
- Work in conjunction with all members of the management team to foster a team environment and help with ensuring the overall success of Impact Fulfillment Services.
- Responsible that a safety awareness culture resides in all warehouse functional routines.
