Join the FCCI team as a Team Lead in our Document Services unit! This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team. You will be responsible for coordinating workflows, conducting quality assurance reviews, assisting with onboarding and training, and maintaining training materials. Additionally, you will serve as a resource to our team of Document Services Reps, providing guidance and support to succeed in their roles. This position reports directly to our Supervisor, Document Services.
This position is based in our corporate office in Sarasota, Florida.
