Responsibilities:
Manage workflow through the work center to ensure timely completion of customer orders and production of high-quality goods.
Continuously improve operations by identifying and implementing process improvements.
rain and mentor new employees on work rules, safety, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with work rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
Serve as a resource for employees on your team, providing guidance and support to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Assist the Supervisor in managing the flow of work through the production process.
Performs additional duties as required by management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment with CNC machining experienced
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
