Welcome to City Wide, a professional maintenance organization that we are looking for someone to come bring assistance within a few of our departments. We are looking for someone who is looking for part time work and would like to work in an office setting.
Perfect for a college student who can work a few hours throughout the day that is detailed orientated and can be flexible within the organization.

Essential Functions
Basic skills of excel and Word.
Answer phones.
Do data entry (supply items/term dates/modify contract dates, etc)
Upload files into database.
Work with sales team to create client folders.
Work with accounting team to help with aging and collection calls.
Work with sales/operations team to help with new/current/terming clients.
Work with accounting/operations team with Contractor invoicing/ledgers.
Work in our CRM database to verify information.
Translate documents.
Expectations: handle general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues and customers, organizing schedules and events, entering data, bookkeeping, maintaining office equipment.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma
- A self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relation Management (CRM) preferred not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
