New Home Sales Team Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and support Sales Team, providing leadership, training and coaching
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Set individual sales targets with Sales Team
• Work on sales scripts with and negotiation tactics with Sales Team
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
• Ensure members of the Sales Team have the necessary resources to perform properly
• Plan and direct Sales Team trainings and meetings
• Initiate marketing ideas and assist in coordinating client functions
• Market the community and company by participation in local events and realtor functions
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team

Required Qualifications/Skillset:

• Knowledge of residential Home Sales contract and closing documents and disclosures
• Flexible schedule
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
• Detail-minded with excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Professional attitude, appearance, and presentation
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure while meeting strict deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Display a friendly, personable and approachable manner with both internal and external customers
• Possess a team player mentality
• College Degree
