Teaching Assistant (Shs)

Position: Part-time Teaching Assistant

Location: South High School

Hours: M – F, 8:00 am – 2:30 pm, 6.5 hours/day

Effective: Immediately – End of School Year
Ten-month position, subject to annual reappointment

Duties: Support and assist students in the study center

Requirements: Applicant MUST be NYS Teacher or Teaching Assistant certified. Minimum of 60 college credits preferred.

Rate: New applicants: $24.57/hr
Current employees: In accordance with paraprofessional agreement
