Duties:
- Assist the teacher in creating and implementing lesson plans
- Provide support and guidance to students in various subjects, including math
- Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with special education needs
- Assist with daily tasks such as preparing materials, organizing the classroom, and maintaining cleanliness.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development is a plus
- Experience working with toddlers or young children is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents
- Knowledge of special education practices and techniques is beneficial
As a Teacher's Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher in providing quality education and care to students. Your assistance in lesson planning, classroom management, and individualized support will contribute to a positive learning environment.
