Responsibilities:
· Planning and implementing a play-based, inclusive, developmentally appropriate, hands-on curriculum;
· Communicating regularly with families (daily and weekly, in-person, on-line and in writing);
· Being positive and creative by offering choices and being reflective with others;
· Observing, assessing and documenting children’s development and progress;
· Implementing DPH & EEC Guidelines for Hygiene and Health Safety;
· Supporting college student internships and collaborating in leading workshops;
· Engaging in best practices for supporting positivity and collaborative social justice efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
