Essential Job Duties:

Lead Teachers:

• Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment

• Plan and execute age-appropriate weekly lesson plans

• Participate actively with peers through communication, collaboration, and curriculum

• Facilitate regular parent/guardian communication and conferences to discuss orientation, transitions, and developmental goals

• Meet state licensing requirements for education and experience

Assistant Teachers:

• Assist lead classroom teacher with planning and implementing curriculum program which reflects observations and goals

• Participate in parent communication

• Develop and maintain a safe, nurturing, and healthy learning environment in which children can grow and learn

• Meet state licensing requirements for education and experience •

Must be able to lift to 60 pounds as in lifting, carrying, and holding infants and children

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Possess a valid driver’s license

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• *Bachelor's degree required for Lead Teachers

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
