Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in various subjects, including math and physical education
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and welfare of the children
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all children
Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
