Qualifications:
High school diploma
60 hours of acceptable college credit or the passing of the ParaPro Test
Some experience with children who are Deaf or hard of Hearing
Should be an advocate for the Deaf or hard of Hearing and have basic knowledge of sign language or be willing to learn
Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Contract Length: 190 Days
Salary: Spartanburg School District Six Salary Schedule
