Position Summary:
The TaylorMade Golf Fitter is responsible for executing consumer-facing sales at TaylorMade demonstrations and club fitting events at green grass facilities, driving ranges and off-course specialty shops. The Technician is responsible for custom fitting Golf Clubs and ensures the visibility and quality of TaylorMade equipment and products, while providing all other related services to satisfy customer requirements and requests.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
· Executes a tour caliber level Golf Club fitting experience using TaylorMade fitting methods, equipment, and technology/applications.
· Deliver a world class and memorable consumer experience.
· Maintain and deliver the Demonstration Matrix to all scheduled events.
· Develop and maintain effective partnerships with customers.
· Collect all sales data and report on productivity.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers by being able to recommend the correct
TaylorMade product to enhance player performance.
· Performs other responsibilities as required.

Education, Training, Professional Certification and Work Experience:
· Minimum of 2 years golf-related Custom Fitting/Sales experience.
· PGA / PGM Affiliation
· Golf industry, retail and/or education (i.e. PGM Program, Golf Academy) experience
· Must have golf playing ability: 10 handicap or better
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
· Flexibility in days and hours available for scheduled work (daily rate position); including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
· Extensive travel. Must be able to travel to various locations for experiential events (50% traveling)
· Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
