ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the flow of the dishes used in food preparation and plating for guest
- Washes and cleans all food service utensils, plates, glasses and serving ware as well as pots and pans used to prepare food.
- Other job duties as specified by the Chef, General Manager or Food and Beverage Manager.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
- Ability to work in Heat and Cold; Constant use of water and hands emerged in water
- Ability to move freely about the kitchen area; stand and stoop for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
