Looking for a CPA with min 5 years of tax experience in public accounting. A diverse client base allows for some flexibility in types of backgrounds that will be successful. Will consider a person with a strong background in Corporate Tax, PE Tax, or Working with closely held C/S corps, partnerships and trust.
