• Manage and prepare tax returns and review tax payments
• Analyze and interpret tax laws
• Develop and maintain proper documentation to provide support for tax positions
• Plan and assist with audits of federal, state and local tax liabilities
• Research and implement tax planning strategies
• Make recommendations on methods of tax savings and improvements to procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing all tax-related inquiries and concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, CPA designation is preferred
• At least five years of experience in Tax Accounting
• Experience with tax planning and government regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach
