JOB PROFILE

We seek a Senior Tax Associate with 3-5 years of tax experience to join our dynamic team.

This position can be worked completely remote. Less Billable hours allow candidates work life balance.

Our practice is diverse, and our clients include complex S corporations, partnerships, C corporations, trusts, estates, and high-net-worth individuals and family groups. Public accounting experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Senior Tax Associate

• Prepare complex income tax returns for S-Corp., partnership, C-Corp., individual, and fiduciary clients by collecting, analyzing and formatting financial information.
• Assist with review of federal, state, local and special tax returns.
• Conduct tax research including documentation and codification of facts and conclusions.
• Mentor and train junior level staff on tax projects and concepts.
• Work with engagement team to consult and service client to make recommendations and serve as a business advisor.

Requirements: TAX Senior Associate

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA and/or JD, or working toward license, preferred
• MT/MST and/or LLM in Tax a plus
• 3-5 years of public accounting experience with a focus in tax
• Experience with pass through entities and high-net-worth individuals and family groups
• Ability to think strategically and analytically, and manage multiple clients and projects
• Outstanding attention to detail; Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
