Position Profile

Weaver is seeking several talented individuals at the Tax Manager and Senior Manager level to join our growing Real Estate practice. A Tax Manager or Senior Manager will provide federal tax compliance and planning services to Weaver’s Real Estate clients. A Real EstateTax Manager or Senior Manager will develop advanced knowledge within this niche client base, while training and mentoring other staff members in this area. This person can be based in any of our offices.

Education and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• CPA with 5 – 7 + years of experience in public accounting
• Possess a thorough understanding of individual, partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp returns, research and general business planning knowledge
• Technical expertise in tax planning and execution for Real Estate clients
• Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills
• Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
