They're big enough to give you strong opportunities to progress your career but the team in Detroit is around 100 staff so you won't feel like a number. It's also a generalist role so you will be working with a wide range of clients across a variety of industries. They pride themselves in giving their staff a strong work-life balance which is reinforced by their unlimited PTO scheme and cap of 55 hours per week maximum at the busiest time of year.

Role Overview

• Review of tax returns (1120s, 1040s, 1065s and 1041s)
• Support clients across a range of industries (manufacturing, real estate, non-profits, services)
• Mentor and develop a team of Associates and Senior Associates
• Consult on technical tax queries and accounting methods
• Provide support with billing scheduling and project management

About You

• You will need to have tax review experience from a public accounting firm

Salary: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
