Form of work The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Senior Tax Manager. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of Corporate Income Tax experience and have their CPA, MAT, or JD.
Responsibilities
Oversee the US tax compliance team including coordination of domestic tax matters and continuous improvement processes
Develop and support the implementation of strategic tax initiatives including the compiling of tax and financial information for decision making
Prepare and present recommendations to Senior Leadership regarding US tax matters
Monitor changes to domestic tax laws and analyze implications of tax initiatives
Support quarterly and year-end tax rate and domestic income tax provision processes
Ensure accurate documentation for SOX controls
Manage and mentor staff members
Various other assignments as they relate to the Tax department
Qualifications
Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Auditing, or Fraud
CPA, MBA, or JD Preferred
Experience Required
10+ years of Corporate Tax experience
STRONG communication skills
Experience mentoring staff members
Experience using Oracle and SmartView
