As an independent contractor with JustAnswer, you will contribute to our mission of making a positive impact, one answer at a time. Our goal is to assist people by connecting them with verified Experts to address life's inquiries and challenges. With a focus on enhancing phone-based interactions, we are excited to introduce this valuable upgrade, consistently yielding higher customer satisfaction. Customers seek guidance from Experts like you to resolve everyday queries or challenges within specific fields. Leveraging your expertise, you will provide personalized phone-based assistance. As an Expert, you'll earn income by addressing questions within your expertise, enjoying the flexibility to set your schedule and work remotely, making it an ideal opportunity for active professionals, business owners, or retirees seeking supplementary income.
How it works:
- Utilize the platform to review customer inquiries, along with a brief description of their issue, and provide answers over the phone
- Select which questions to address based on your expertise and preference
- Answer inbound customer questions via phone within our JustAnswer platform by leveraging your professional expertise to guide customers
- Initiate calls with customers while safeguarding your privacy; customers cannot directly call you
- Phone calls typically last around 10 minutes, though durations may vary
- Customers can request your assistance for follow-up calls if needed, facilitating continuity of support
- Utilize your outstanding customer service by showcasing your expertise in your designated field, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
- Enjoy flexibility in scheduling, working remotely from home or anywhere, and choosing the volume and types of questions to tackle
- Opt for part-time or full-time engagement, offering online assistance to customers at your convenience

Qualifications:
- One of the following licenses or certifications (with certification number, jurisdiction of issuance, and expiration date): PTIN Tax ID Number (PTIN), US Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tax Attorney, Enrolled Agent, Enrolled retirement plan agent, Enrolled actuary, Certified acceptance agent, State license
- 5 years of relevant employment in the tax field
