Position Summary: (Essential duties and responsibilities)

Specifically, responsible for reviewing all documentation relating to compliance, for reports, move-ins, move-outs, re-certifications, interim. leases with the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for various agencies and syndicators.

Provides assistance with compliance monitoring, site vitis, updating documents and coordinating projects as directed by supervisor.

Attends meetings with site staff to discuss progress and projects as well as attend all required training to ensure individual and professional growth.

Must have the ability to review to create spreadsheets with meticulous attention to detail.

Must demonstrate a positive and cooperative attitude with the ability to follow through and complete tasks alone as well as in a team environment with the willingness to support different team members on varied tasks.

Tax Credit Certification

Ability to shift focus dependent upon the need of the department to support teamwork.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• FDA regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
