Tax Accounting

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as relevant experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial analysis. Responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making within the organization and ensure statutory compliance with accounting regulations.

Accountant with tax experience and a minimum of 3 years’ public accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. CPA welcome. Must be skilled with up-to-date QuickBooks’s Essential. Job duties include providing services such as tax returns, compilations, accounting services, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial statements, federal and state income tax, payroll tax service, and sales tax for corporate, small business, and individuals. Tax forms 1040, 1120, 1065, etc. This position requires analytical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to manage time wisely and be organized. Must have basic knowledge of GAAP, and Microsoft Office products. Pay DOE and increases after proven productivity. Some weekend work may be required during the busy tax season. Drug screen and background check will be implemented, along with references checked.

The pay is determined by experience.
