Tax Accountant Assistant

Job Summary

Our firm is seeking a Tax Accountant Assistant to work in our newly opened office in downtown Tulsa. The successful candidate must be punctual and skilled at focusing on his or her work assignments. This job requires the assistant to communicate with clients and have access to their confidential information. Therefore, the successful candidate must be client-service oriented, including excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and protective of confidential information. The firm’s work is time-sensitive, and many of the firm’s clients are California residents. Therefore, the successful candidate must be willing to work after regular office hours and on weekends during peak season. The candidate must be self-motivated because, during non-peak months, he or she will occasionally have no on-site supervision. Our firm provides tax preparation, tax consulting, and bookkeeping services to individuals and small businesses.
