What we're offering:
Full-time Senior Tax Accountant position in Oklahoma City. Salary range $105,000 - $125,000 determined based on experience and internal salary equity. Benefit package includes: free employee insurance, hybrid work schedule, company match 401k, generous paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
What you'll do:
Responsible for managing the tax accounting and planning, reporting, and compliance functions. Oversees the preparation of all tax filings and reporting in compliance with all required regulations. Evaluates the tax implications of company activities and develops strategies to minimize the tax obligations. Advises management on future changes to tax regulations and possible impact to the organization(s). May manage and direct relationships with vendors and advisors.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting related field required.
- Required to be an active CPA or enrolled to practice before the IRS (EA).
- 5+ years of experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns prepared by tax staff.
- Experience preparing and reviewing federal /state returns and payroll tax returns required.
- Experience preparing premium related tax returns and ERISA returns preferred.
