Responsibilities:
- Bus tables, restock glassware, water, wines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and Tasting Room, including wiping down counters, tables, and cleaning glassware.
- Prepare small bites for guests.
- Ensure compliance with all food handling and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Greet guests, check guests in, and coordinate with Tasting Room associates.
- Collaborate with tasting staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts.
- Business casual attire required, closed toed shoes, good hygiene practices.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Washington State Food Handler's Card, and MAST permit is required for this role.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and lift 50 pounds.
Compensation:
DOE - Wage range is $16-$17 plus a share of the tip pool. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
