Tirriddis is an upstart wine company focused on sparkling wines in Washington State. We are a growing winery and wine brand with many opportunities. Tirriddis operates across Washington State with locations in Tri-Cities, and Prosser. Our aim is to promote, showcase and provide our audience with the best Washington Wine has to offer.

Summary of Position:

Tasting Room Associate: will provide direct care of Tirriddis Tasting Room guests. This care extends to helping guests taste wine, become a club member, and enjoy all aspects of their visit to the Tasting Room. Associates will be expected to provide a vibrant wine showcase. The Associate will be involved in the daily preparation of the Tasting Room, including but not limited to Tasting Room stocking, Tasting Room cleanliness and inventory management. All associates are expected to aid in the collection of vital information from guests. Information will be provided to the Tasting Room Supervisor to help establish and enforce best practices. Teamwork and strong communication skills will be required to integrate and expand the Tirriddis team. This position will be responsible for adhering to sound Hospitality principles and providing an excellent final experience to the end consumer.

Responsibilities

Tasting Room: 2880 Lee Rd, Prosser

• Work with Supervisor, Management, and Inventory teams to assure that the Tasting Room is orderly and stocked for guests.
• Prepare Tasting Room areas daily for guests or events.
• Collect records, enter information, and communicate effectively using software.
• Operate and evaluate POS software for best management.
• Provide tasting experiences for guests to connect with wines being served.
• Provide Tasting Room Supervisor ongoing feedback about Tasting Room to evaluate performance.

Qualifications:

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, POS management, and organizational skills.
• Team player who enjoys fast paced environment and able to motivate team members.
• Successful candidates will be motivated and focused.
• Able to move and carry 40 lbs. and be on feet for long periods of time.
• Able to commit to hospitality working hours (Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays)

Wage:

• $18-$21 – Dependent on relevant experience.
• Commissions/Bonuses available.
