As an Intern at CLA Partners you will assist our team in all areas of TV/Film and Theatre.
Responsibilities May include:
- Assisting in confirming client appointments, helping to keep tabs of clients’ itineraries and daily activity which includes maintaining the office calendar (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Organizing weekly meetings if needed
- Ordering office supplies if needed
- Booking tickets for theatre, maintaining and updating clients resumes
- Updating the team frequently about any new projects (casting, green lit/picked up, sold or being developed)
- Assisting in creating post for Social Media
- Attending Showcases either virtually or in person
- Updating/helping to maintain various office databases
- Organizing Breakdowns
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a sincere desire to learn about the Entertainment Talent Representation Business. Our Intern is expected to display the utmost professionalism and discretion in their time here. But in addition, it is important that our Intern is someone who possesses a warm and personable personality and is well spoken, well read, and well versed in the entertainment field. You should also be able to work and think independently and be willing to learn and have fun while doing it.
No prior experience necessary, just the desire to learn and grow within the Entertainment Business.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work in-person 2 to 3 days Full Time
- Hours are 10:30 – 5:30pm (M – F)

Payment:
This is an INTERN postion, not an ASSISTANT position. Intern will receive a weekly or 30 day unlimited metro card to help offset the expense of commuting to/from.
