Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Enters data from other systems/files to accurately reflect the current organization
- Creates copies of organization charts to conduct scenario planning at the company or department levels, including occasionally mapping those changes into the main organization chart.
- Performs major migration of data from one section of the chart to others or to external documents such as Job Descriptions, process flows, and/or RASCI charts.
- Functions as our team expert on the software tool, Functionly.
- Interacts with Functionly customer support for tool questions and recommendations.
- Works with managers, including at senior levels, to perform needed updates and explain tool use.
- Audits tool use and data consistency and integrity.
- Performs occasional major updates such as the update of salaries for most individuals after annual pay increases go into effect.
- Maintains the corporate view of the current data which has no salary information and other data variations from the master data file.
- Prepares job aids and other material to train leaders and the company on tool use.
- Maintains the proper internet links for viewing documents and coordinates with IT to do so.
- Pulls needed data and updates spreadsheets and Powerpoint decks to prepare for and communicate results from 9-Box Talent Planning and Assessments.
- Prepares, modifies, and analyzes surveys.
- Functions as our team expert on the software tool, Culture Amp.
- Prepares results findings in Excel and Powerpoint with heavy emphasis on extracting insights from the survey tool results in Culture Amp and the excel data comparisons.
- Recommends changes and improvements to survey, tool use, and results communication processes.
- Prepares system with employee updates, as needed.
- Prepares and fields review cycles.
- Conducts reporting on current and closed cycles.
- Schedules automated completion reminders and performs manual reminders, as needed.
- Functions as our team expert on the software tool, Culture Amp.
- Recommends process improvement, as needed, based on past performance review administrations.
- Other duties as required.
- Must live in the Philippines
- At least 5 years of experience in people operations, organizational development, Talent Management or other similar disciplines.
