Opportunity Overview: Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Educator / Staff Development Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the clinical competencies of our nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and initiatives for nursing staff.
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
- Facilitate hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to support clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with continuing education and certification requirements.
- Lead orientation programs for new hires and ongoing support for staff development.
Required Qualifications:
- ***Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)***
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a teaching or educator role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a passion for teaching and mentorship.
