Role + Responsibilities
- Supports learning programs by coordinating logistics, ensuring that learning environments are optimized, and by fostering a seamless and high-quality employee and customer experience.
- Provides support to the Talent Development and Organizational Behavior teams as needed. These teams lead the Talent Development and talent management systems and this role is critical to the success of these initiatives.
- Proactively identifies process improvements to continuously increase the effectiveness of the Talent Development and talent management systems.
- Works collaboratively with a broad stakeholder group, including program managers, subject matter experts, content developers, representative partners, and HR professionals. Balances the needs of these groups and participates in prioritization of projects and workflows.
- Demonstrates systems thinking throughout the company to significantly improve problem solving skills.
- Establish and iterate communications strategy and tools to streamline sharing of information, processes, and best practices.
Qualification + Profile
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- 1-3+ years of experience in a corporate environment (ideally in HR/Talent Development) is desired.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills required. Ability to speak and write clearly, concisely, and compellingly. Is honest, open, and thoughtful in word and in action.
- Solid planning, organizational, and multitasking skills to be effective and efficient in handling the many tasks associated with projects. Must be highly diligent and focused on driving issues both big and small to completion.
- Relationship-building skills. Ability to build a rapport with people from all walks of life, be a good listener who works hard to understand others and can thoughtfully and maturely handle dynamic situations.
