The Impact you will have in this role :

The People Development (PD) team delivers processes and programs which engage, develop, and retain organizational talent. Our team delivers talent solutions which enable leaders to assess, develop, engage, and progress every employee to optimize individual and organizational performance. Your Primary Responsibilities :

  • Assist with work related to basic PD processes and begins to identify opportunities for improving efficiency.
  • Contribute to developing engaging learning opportunities in accordance with the best practices of adult learning.
  • Supports the implementation of Talent Development solutions.
  • Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior,
  • Administer systems (LMS and/or HRIS) through supporting activities (testing, maintaining data, reporting, etc.).
  • Create and deliver timely communications for PD processes, programs, meetings, or events through appropriate channels.
  • Assemble, review and produce reports in response to regulatory inquiries, audit action items, and client requests.
  • Coordinate, manage and execute day-to-day tasks of projects, processes, programs, and initiatives.
  • This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Entry Level – internship experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of standard business technologies (Core MS Office Suite, Teams etc.) relevant to own work to enhance efficiency, quality and effectiveness of work outputs.
  • Organizes own workload effectively and prioritizes tasks and deliverables.
  • Works quickly and efficiently on different tasks or assignments; maintains productivity with multiple, competing demands; communicates accurate status to team lead.
  • Using HR technology in support of delivering talent solutions within and across business lines.
  • Gathering and organizing data from internal and/or external sources in logical and/or practical ways to support retrieval and manipulation; creating data collection tools, for example questionnaires, surveys, and structured interviews.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
