Job Responsibilities:
On the Talent Acquisition team, you will:
Learn about the company
Assist in the continued development and implementation of the talent acquisition social media strategy to successfully promote Iron Mountain opportunities and culture
Assist with the 12 week internship program
Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiters on a variety of activities and projects designed to provide exposure to the business and develop your leadership skills
Functional Knowledge Skills & Competencies:
Education Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 - June 2025
Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications or any related field
Requirements:
Participation in the internship program requires that you are located in the continental United States for the duration of the program
Must complete and pass offer background check and drug test
Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction
This is a 40 hour per week assignment, lasting 12 weeks with the expected start date being May 20, 2024
Technical Skill Qualifications/Preferred:
Strong PC Skills with proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Interest and experience in social media, including content creation and video creation/editing
Professional Skill Qualifications/Preferred:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Great attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership experience
Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and intellectual curiosity
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
Ability to learn and comply with company policies and procedures
Great customer service skills with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
